چکیده :

The present study aimed to identify factors affecting on talent management among bank’s employees in Sharecrop. The population was bank staff and survey questionnaire was used to collect data that includes talent management questionnaire made by Ahmadi. The method of this research is the correlative. In this study, nonparametric tests, including Spearman and Mann-Whitney U- test and Kruskal-Wallis test are used, because the data are not normally. The results of this study showed a significant relationship between organizational trust and talent management. The results indicate that there is a no significant relationship between talent management and gender and marital status and education. The results of this study showed a significant relationship between organizational trust and talent management.
