چکیده :

This research aims to study the teachers' satisfaction of performance evaluation system in Sabzevar city. The main research question is: Do teachers satisfy of current performance evaluation system? According to the goal, this research called as an applied research. The research method is survey of correlation type. Tools for data collection include researcher-made questionnaire containing 26 questions and stratified random sampling. The sample size is based on the Krejcie and Morgan table containing 378 teachers of Sabzevar. Confirmed specialist experts for data collection use Field method, library method, and validity of questionnaire and statistical and illative description is used for data analysis and test of statistical data questions. The result is as follow: research findings show that the teachers do not satisfy of current performance evaluation system.
