چکیده :

Abstract Learning organization as knowledge oriented organization and political modes are the most important issues that are focused on different themes in management. The purpose of present research is to study the relationship between learning organization and political modes by entrepreneurship as a mediator variable among academic faculty members of the West Azerbaijan State Universities. At last new functional concept is suggested for universities based on conceptual framework and structural model which is produced by Lisrel Software with maximum likelihood method. The research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population includes 1263 individuals of academic faculty members of the West Azerbaijan State Universities Among four universities 403 individuals were selected by ratio stratified random sampling. Research instruments are three questionnaires. The first one, learning organization questionnaire, which was built the second survey questionnaire collected information on the political modes that was built and the last one is entrepreneurship questionnaire that was built. All questionnaires validities were confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha. We performed Pearson correlation coefficient and regression for analysis of the research hypotheses as well as confirmatory factor analysis for validity of questionnaires. Main Result indicates that there is a positive and significant relationship among learning organization, entrepreneurship and political modes and structural model with mediator variable is confirmed better than the another one without it. Along with these findings, some key practical suggestions are proposed.
