Study of ergonomics the personnel departments of Youth and Sports Semnan

In this study, we examined the status of ergonomic office staff and youth sports in Semnan province. The aim of this study was to identify personal knowledge of the science of ergonomics and ergonomic stress level of employees towards their jobs and personal circumstances. For this purpose, a questionnaire with good validity and reliability (Cronbach 0.92) was provided to the entire community. After completion, the data of 100 patients (79 males and 21 females) as examples of significant research in the area (0.05 and p ≤0.01) is analyzed. The results showed that in terms of gender, marital status, age, work experience, job stress due to ergonomic conditions, significant differences were observed among the employees. But in terms of employment status, level of stress due to the different ergonomics. For example, stress due to the ergonomics of the official staff than other staff. The study showed that physical conditions and workplace ergonomics analysis plays an important role stressors employees.
