After industrial revolution, due to expedite spate of population to cities, many problems occurred for cities and necessity of planning and presenting methods and models become needed for organizing urban network in order to reduce new problem. Iran also because of this global occurrence faced with socio-cultural problems in organizing cities gradually. Finding the factors which are caused by this event and also presenting approaches in order to reduce current non-desired situation, and moving to toward balance in population and activity distribution, are the most important concerns of urban managers and planners. In this research through evaluation of amenities enjoyment level of Yazd province urban areas, the way of communication between servicing level and urban amenities with population status by separation of urban areas are examined and discussed. Current study is a developmental-applicable research and its investigation method was analytical-illustrative. Required information of research are gathered using library studies, documents of Iran Statistics Center, statistical yearbooks and interviewing. The numerical Taxonomy model and steps of numerical analysis are used to information analysis and approach to operational results. Results show that amenities enjoyment level and servicing in urban areas have significant effects on balanced distribution of population. In a way that relevant indexes to urban amenities and services, with an acceptable level are able to play an effective role in populating in different areas, preventing immigration and decentralization.
