چکیده :

Purpose: Morning training not only cause positive physical changes but also has physiological effects. In addition to the morning exercise in fine weather and good morning before starting daily activities are carried out, would have more impact. The purpose was researching and determining the influence of morning exercise on the mental health (Physical complaints, Anxiety, Disorder in Social performance, Depression) of the staff of of Mazandaran University of Science and Technology. Materials and Methods: The method of the research was half experimental. The Statistical Society included 114 people of the staff of of Mazandaran University of Science and Technology that 70 persons of them who had lower mental health were selected and were perched in 2 groups of experiment and control by random .the Measurement tool in this research was Goldberg's 28 questions of his mental health questionnaire. The validity of this questionnaire was reported satisfactory and it’s Reliability Obtained 0.88 with the method of Cronbach's alpha. The data were analyzed by means of SPSS20 software with using of Dependent t-test and Analysis of Variance MANOVA. Results: Research hypotheses analysis at a significance level p<0.05 showed that aerobic exercises had a significant impact on staff’s mental health contains of Somatization, anxiety, social dysfunction and depression. In addition, the comparison between experimental and control groups, significant differences was observed between the two groups in mental health and its subscales.
