چکیده :

Since the evaluation of the training programs, many models and patterns have been applied to measure the effectiveness of educational courses in Mazandaran Regional Electric Company by using the Kirk Patrick evaluation model. Patrick model consists of a two-phase warming evaluation (reaction and learning) and two-phase cooling evaluation (behavior and results). The present research has been conducted to measure the level of elementary model. Therefore, the main research goal this is "whether it has been effective to have short-term educational courses in Regional Electric Company by using a primary two level Kirk Patrick model". In order to analyze the data a single sample t-test (independent) is used to measure the first level (the rate of satisfaction) and paired sample t-test (pair) is applied to measure the second level model (the amount of learning). Results of the research indicate that there are significant differences in the rate of the learners' satisfaction in five selected educational courses, except for the course "Administration of Islamic Thought" more than average, and in the number of learning participants (in both times, before and after each period) in all courses. And finally, according to the findings of these two levels, selected educational courses in the first six months of the year 89 (April 2010 – December 2010) Regional Electric Company have been of very high effectiveness.
