چکیده :

The following research tries to determine the relation between organizational citizenship behavior and personality for experts from the Iranian Physical Education Organization. The research is of descriptivecorrelation type. Research results suggest that, among 107individual sample in this research, 43% were males and 57% were females. Most experts (43%) were between 31 to 40years old and 40% of them had been employed for 11 to 15years. Among 5entries to the personality aspects, only two aspects of “welcoming experience” (r=0.4, p<0.01) and “conscience” (r=0.3, p<0.01) had a positive significant relation with OCB. Multivariable Regression results showed tha taspect of “welcoming experience” could explain 8% of OCB variance. Also, findings suggested that, there is no significant relation found between OCB and moderating variables (age, employing background and gender) (p>0.05).
