چکیده :

Nowadays, under the influence of external factors, matters relating to human resources will be organized in rela-tion to the mission and goals of the organization and in consideration of the environmental challenges . therefore this study done with the functional nature and with the aim of evaluation of factors affecting on the promotion and effectiveness of career development planning of manpower and for this purpose was studied , Ansar Bank in Western Azerbaijan province to consider the 300 persons as the statistical population . also used the Morgan ta-bles and also random sampling , reasonable number of statistical sample was determined equal to 113 persons and in order to achieve the reasonable results , was considered two main hypotheses and four sub-hypothesis. information obtained by the research hypotheses and were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as the mean, abundance, and the standard deviation was performed using SPSS software version 20. the findings and results of this study showed that effectively done development of job skills in Ansar Bank and the job rotation has the great-est impact on career development of manpower in Ansar Bank and then to respectively has ranked components of knowledge development , skill development and development of basic tasks.
