چکیده :

The statistical population consists of all Ansar bank employees in Western Azerbaijan province who their number approximately 519 persons . according to Morgan table and with using of stratified sampling method , the sample size has been selected to number of 224. the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between meritocracy on the motivational of human resources in the governmental organizations. in order to study the rich literature based on the theoretical framework were formulated , five hypotheses and to test the hypothesis was used from t-test and analysis of variance. data gathering tool in this research are two questionnaires of meritoc-racy and motivational factors. the results show that there is relationship between the education level and experi-ence of managers, competency and performance of management , as well as between the, political factors and legal of sociaty (based on meritocracy) and employee motivation. also the results showed that there is not rela-tionship between the structural factors and organization management and employee motivation and vice versa the findings suggest that there is relationship , between the factors of organizational technology and employee motivation that was presented offers and practical solutions.
