Unexpected Disasters are often uncontrollable events that occur in different parts of the world. Iran, due to its geographical location is not an exception. So prepare for disaster is inevitable. One of the most important issues in the field of monitoring the readiness of health centers. One of the most important issues in the field of Disaster Preparedness ongoing medical care. This study was conducted to assess the readiness of health centers. This study is a cross-sectional study population consisted of all university hospitals, private and social security in the province. Data collection, check list of 325 questions, which is composed of two parts. The first part contains general information and the second Check hospital preparedness for crisis is a list of different areas. The findings from the analysis of the questionnaire data was as follows: Amount as the directors and officers 62%, to meet the needs of victims and injured 52%, the organization in crisis situations 71%, education 57%, and logistics support 60%, human resources 66%, design maneuver 44%, implementation of the maneuver 47%, admission victims 45%, 44% evacuate casualties, transport and communication 39% and 51% clearance. The readiness of hospitals in the central province of the disaster was estimated that on average is 53%. As always the possibility of disaster, the authorities should make greater efforts to improve the preparedness of hospitals.
