Reverse logistics is one of the most important issues in supply chain. Nowadays reverse logistics presents as a strategic activity because it can create value. Proper implementing of reverse logistics in companies increases revenue, reduces operational costs and reduces costs of defective products. Barriers that avoid implementation of reverse logistics in organizations make challenges for management and politician of industry. This paper presents evaluating barriers of reverse logistics using DEMATEL technique. Results indicate that the most important barriers in reverse logistics are Lack of trained personnel, Management commitment, Lack of expert at management level, reverse logistics not considered as critical aspect to competitive performance, Don’t have green design implementation for end-of-life product. So this paper recommends managers pay attention to relationship between this barriers.
