چکیده :

Increasing spread of science and technology has been caused the formation of different organizational structures than in the past and each organization match with the rapid changes and growing channels of communication within organization changed it with these developments. In such circumstances a successful organization will lead to the progress and development according to organizational knowledge and advanced technology. Rapid technological changes impact in all organizations especially in large organizations and neglect affect of this situation cause the rapid fall of organization. To face the new changes, organizations must think beyond coping with change and utilizing the potential opportunities. One of the paradigms of increased flexibility, speed and quality certainly is the organizational agility. In this new paradigm, the organization is capable of victory on the environment that is always changing and unpredictable. Due to the importance of these variables in this paper investigates the role of these interactions.
