Survey on the organization status in Saadi shirazi “advice of kings

Iranians have been familiar with culture of discipline, kindnesses, sharing of responsibilities and duties. Attachment of people to human principles and its heritages has been led to the establishment of excellence and eternity in this old realm. Iranian culture in the form of administrative and management regulations and customs indicate the attitude of the scholars of this realm to achieving real prosperity. In this article, one of the management manifestations (organization) is investigated in valuable work of Saadi(advice of kings ) in order to discuses this Persian literature scholar view points and use the results in reformation of the human society management behavior.
