چکیده :

The value chain is a series of operations that are carried in a sling for industry to lead to value creation. Goods pass through the chain rings, and each ring is added value to the final product. This model can be used to categorize and identify activities and calculating the value of each activity. If a company can identify and analyze value-generating productive activities properly operate and manage it, then we can calculate the impact of each activity and to remove or development phases of a specific activity full knowledge of the status quo, and the result of future closed.
