The current research was conducted with the aim of designing a resilience model of entrepreneurial behavior in Alborz Technical Vocational University. The studied population consisted of two groups and included entrepreneurship experts and professors, 12 of whom were interviewed and graduated students from Alborz Technical and Vocational University who are currently entrepreneurs, 30 of whom were interviewed. were distributed. MAXQDA12 software was used to present the initial model. The research results showed that the central phenomenon of resilience of entrepreneurial behavior in university has four dimensions of environmental stimuli, development factors, environmental inhibitors and limiting factors. To increase the resilience of entrepreneurial behavior in the university, financial and legal strategy, operational strategy, international strategy and policy-making strategy are needed, which will lead to economic, scientific and cultural consequences at the country level. Financial and economic fields, support and appropriate policies in a changing environment and a fierce competitive environment help the resilience strategies of entrepreneurial behavior in the university to become operational with suitable conditions. In this context, there are scientific, human, managerial, legal, structural and financial obstacles that can be helped to improve the resilience dimensions of entrepreneurial behavior in the university and basic strategies by identifying and solving them.
