Study the Effect of Creativity and Innovation on Nurses’ Productivity in Taleghani Hospital (Case Study in Abadan of Iran)

The purpose of current research is to study effect of innovation and creativity on nurses’ productivity. For this, a number of 103 nurses (a man and 102 women) that work in Tlaeghai hospital of Abadan are seleced randomly. The validity of the questionnaire is confirmed through the mothod of construc, content and faces validity. Reliability of measurement is confirmed through formula of Cronbach's Coefficient Alfa (ل= 0.84). The researcher uses both statistical methods of descriptive and inferential for descriptive findings. To study the relationship between nurses’ creativity and innovation in hospitals of Abadan city, the obtained data from implementing these questionnaires among nurses of Abadan hospitals are studied through correlation test, t-test, Friedman test and other statistical methods. The research results indicate that creativity and innovation play important roles in nurses productivity.There is also a significant relationship between knowledge, motivation, personality, and environment and nurses’ productivity.
