چکیده :

This paper focus on the effect of demographic factors (Gender, Age, Job Position, Education, and Work experience) on the level of Emotional Intelligence that leads to communication effectiveness among male and female employees and managers of the educational administrations operating with in Iran. Data (N = 260) for this study were collected through questionnaires and the participants were employees and managers in Educational Administrations of Iran. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by Cronbach’ alpha is formula for measuring the amount of which was 88% which is acceptable. The consistency of the questionnaire was announced by seven authorities at the average at 92%. The main results of this paper and evaluation have been done by using SPSS. The results illustrate that the female part of the educational employees is more emotionally intelligent than their male counterpoints and the age of the male and female employees have reverse link with the emotional intelligence and as the level of education increases the emotional intelligence level increases as well. Also, level of job position and work experience increase the level of emotional intelligence in sectors of educational administrations in Iran.
