Therefore, this study aims to Examines the impact of economic sanctions on Iran's demand for labor and capital in agriculture has taken place during the years 1365-1390. the method used in this study, was the cost method and for this purpose was used the cost function SNQ. Cost share equations for each of the factors of production, plus the cost of using the system simultaneous equations and 3SLS method is estimated in SHAZAM software. Sanctions variable in this study is a dummy variable into the function of the operating costs of the share capital and labor be. Results indicate that sanctions have a significant negative impact on the demand for labor and capital. And the results of the research hypotheses that sanctions influence significant on the demand for labor and capital as factors of production are confirmed
