Approach Eco–City, Field builder of sustainable land use of coastal city : case study coastal city Babolsar

In the late of 20th centuries, sustainability is one of the dominating thinking in coastal management program. In interpreting and notion of urban management course and in coastal region, we practiced vast investigations. But, with adopting of suitable approach, especially in relation with these fields, coastal planning of cities and land use , is not examined. While, we can not find these two countries. It has coastal environment or political situation with social and cultural program. We should adopt suitable approach for resistance of coastal environment compatible with environment. It can be accepted by coastal cities like a dominating pattern in urban planning. Environmentally, it is deeper , economically, it is sustainable and socially it is judicial. In this paper, we attempt to answer these key and main questions that how we can reach to sustainable of land use with using of eco-city approach? For answering of this question, we chose BABOLSAR as a coastal city in south of Caspian sea. At the first time, we collecting data by documentary studies, and square measurement. Then, we analyzing of these data with respect to fragile and sensitive ecosystems. This city is belonging to this program, we attempt to designing this application pattern in land. It followed of environment resistance . For this reason, in this paper we use component in all approaches. We can use SWOT model for this land use sustainable. In analyzing of this process, we use LSA technique for analyzing of environmental pertinences , in outside of city ,and we use ESA technique for analyzing of environmental pertinences , in inside of city, in patronage of SWOT model . consequently, we sustainable the land use city in BABOLSAR.
