In project management (PM) problems, the decision makers usually consider objectives in the frame of multi- objective problems which are more consistent with decision making realities. In addition to, goals and parameters are normally fuzzy owing to information is incomplete and unavailable. This paper focuses on developing a credibility based multi-objective PM decision problems. The proposed PM problem here attempts to simultaneously minimize total project costs, total completion time, the potential quality loss cost and total crashing costs with considering direct costs, indirect and contractual penalty costs, duration of activities and the constraint of available time. In order to solve the proposed PM problem a weighted additive fuzzy programming method is presented. The computational results and compare with existing approaches prove efficiency and superior the proposed method.
