Investigating Effects of Climate Change in the Caspian Basin Iranian plateau

Rising sea levels and shrink of Glacier, greenhouse gas emissions, droughts and floods threat the survival of humans and other beings. Without understanding the effects of climate change and its Damages could cause to problems in humans and beings life. The purpose of this study is investigated the effects of climate change on the Caspian Sea and southern coastal areas. Changes in temperature and rainfall patterns will affect the quality and quantity of water resources. The Caspian Sea basin with variety of rivers and coast has about 15.5 percent of the country's surface. Variations in sea level in the coastal areas make the constructive and destructive effects such as rising or falling the depth of sea, increase or decrease the height and strength of waves, change in standard erosion, Changes in depositional areas, withdraw of shoreline and salience, sea water intrusion or not intrusion in freshwater and groundwater, increase or decrease the river level and variations of static level of the groundwater table. The effects lead to disruption of the biosphere and the living condition of beings and humans.
