In this paper, we study discontinuous Petrov Galerkin (DPG) method with quadrature rules for scalar
conservation laws equation. We prove an existence and uniqueness theorem by characteristic method. For
the numerical result we consider two dimensional Burger equation. The Dethelm algorithm is used for
time discretization and DPG method is proposed for discretized space.
