چکیده :

The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between Strategic thinking on organizational improvement of Iranian Mellat Bank Managers. This study is a functional research and the data collections method is descriptive-co relational method. The participants are 300 employees Iranian Mellat Bank Managers in east azarbaijan province. Through Cochran formula 170 employees are selected as the sample group with stratified random sampling method. SPSS software is used to analyze the data. In the process of data analysis Multiple Regression, Durbin Watson, Pearson coefficient correlation and variance are administered. The obtained results reveal that, there are meaning full relation between internal factors such as organizational culture, structure, resources and strategic thinking which effects the development and improvement of future organizational planning. Results also indicates that external factors such as Market and technology complexity level of company has meaning full relation with strategic thinking which is positively effects the company improvements.
