چکیده :

New approaches to learning and using them to improve and enhance the training effectiveness are as development requirement in skill training. The purpose of this study is to determine the education effects by using problem solving techniques by using innovative methods to increase efficacy and potency among trainees of skill centers, the research method is a quasi-experimental research and by considering the experimental and control group which was done among technical and professional training centers in Kurdistan province. Information gathering tool was using of Schere self-efficacy and Spritiz empowerment questionnaire and at the end, data were entered into the SPSS software and they were analyzed in two sections of descriptive and inferential approaches. The results showed that education with two methods by using inventive method has a positive and significant effect on potency and efficacy of trainers of Technical and Professional Training Centers.
