The present study aimed to determine the relationship of leadership styles and organizational health among teachers of secondary grade (high school) in Chabahar. The method was descriptive-correlational. For data collection, Houghton and Neck’s Leadership Styles Inventory and Hoy and Feldman’s Organizational Health Inventory were used. The study population consisted of all teachers of secondary grade (high school) in Chabahar. The study population included 208 teachers among which 135 teachers were selected based on Morgan and Krejsi’s table, using stratified random sampling. The reliability coefficients of the Leadership Styles and Organizational Health Questionnaire were obtained 0.82 and 0.90, respectively. Data were analyzed using correlation tests, independent T-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. The results of one-sample T-test on leadership styles indicated that the mean scores of leadership styles and its components (directive, participative and delegating styles) were significantly higher than the total mean score. Based on teachers’ perspectives, the participative style was common. The results of one-sample t-test on organizational health status indicated that in general the organizational health status, according to the teachers’ opinion, was ideal. The results of the correlation coefficient indicated a significant direct relationship between the directive style and organizational health. Moreover, there was a significant direct correlation between participative style and organizational health. However, no significant relationship was found between delegating style and organizational health. In addition, the results of stepwise regression analysis showed that the participative style was the strongest predictor of organizational health.
