Migration is a phenomenon that has always existed between human beings.Today, internalmigrations in developed and developing countriesare strongly ongoingand in recent years internal migrationsandvillagers’ migration to the big cities are among the major issues that have attracted the attention of various experts.Statistics show that more than half of the world's population live in cities.Urbanization itself is not a negative and destructivephenomenon;however, excessive and unreasonable migration of rural people to citiescan be represented in terms of complications and adverse outcomes.Appearance of spontaneousand marginalized neighborhoodsand the formation of informal settlements are among these complications and there are informal settlements and marginalization in the margins of the world's great cities. Urbanmarginalization, which is perhaps the cities and urbanization dual,in today's conditions,has larger dimensions and it is considered as one of the most important issues of countries, especially less developed countries.The purpose of this research is to analyze the phenomenon of rural migration to cities;a phenomenon in which each institutions of governance and planning of country, are responsible for it.The research method in this study is a descriptive – analytical method andmethods of data collectionare from libraries and documents.
