Assessing The Impact of Spiritual Health, Self-Actualization, and General Health, on Quality of Life

Introduction: During the past decades, spiritual health is one of the major aspects of human health, Self-actualization continuous and dynamic process to achieve maximum growth potential, capabilities and talent. Over time, researchers have found that quality of life can be one of the important outcomes of the health assessment the World Health Organization definition of health is also emphasized. Methods: In this study to form a stratified random sampling of 100 students at the University Majors and Degrees of choice and spiritual health questionnaire SWBS Ellison PULUTZIN and questionnaire of the unfolding of Ishmael KHANI (1999), general health Goldberg and Hiller (1,979th), World Health Organization quality of life questionnaire SF-36 were distributed among them, In this study to test the hypothesis that the correlation coefficient using SPSS statistical software was used. Discussion: The research findings revealed that the element of thought and belief, there was a significant correlation to the amount 0.95. Also, the evidence showed that the components of the intellectual and moral person, a positive and significant relationship exists about 0.47. The survey results showed that the doctrinal and moral component being tested, a significant and positive relationship is seen as 0.69. Also, the research evidence indicates that between the beliefs and lifestyle factors, the relationship between 0.42 visible. Overall, the study findings indicate that between self-actualization and spiritual health, and non-significant negative correlation between 0.95 is established. Conclusion: In general the results of this study and compare them with the results of other investigators, it can be stated that the increase in spiritual well-being, general health and prosperity will lead to enhanced quality of life for students. In order to emphasize that the cultural program of the students and their contents, and spiritual health issues, self-actualization, and psychological health, professionally and in terms of skills training are until achieve quality of life, easier and more reliable, and is actually more tangible.
