چکیده :

In the proposed model, 10 environmental variables are considered. This is an applied research and its plan is descriptive-survey. This research is descriptive since it presents an image of the present condition and it is survey since it is performed by gathering information from the population using questionnaire. Sampling method is systematic random. In this research, the population is all the customers of the chain stores in Tehran who use the services of the chain store and the research is performed in 10 stores. Finally, a sample with the volume of 384 is used for analysis of the results. To ensure the return of the desired sample volume, 400 questionnaires were distributed. To analyze the data, two methods of descriptive and illative statistics have been used. Initially, using descriptive statistics, knowledge of demographic condition and properties of the respondents is obtained. Subsequently, to test the hypotheses and examine the casual relationships of the available variables in the research, SPSS software, t-student statistical exams, correlation exam, and regression exam are used and ultimately using zero assumption and the assumption opposite to the 95% confidence level, statistical hypotheses are examined. Results have approved 20 hypotheses and have rejected just one.
