Analysis and Evaluation of Joining to the World Trade Organization for Iran

After World War II, the number of international organizations had an increasing trend. One of the most important international organizations emerged after World War II, was the World Trade Organization. The necessities of the post-war period required this massive international institution. Nowadays, the huge volume of international trades, which is over 95%, is going through the organization. The aim of this study is to evaluate the positive and negative effects of Iran's joining to this great organization. It also mentions to the difficulty of joining to the organization. In general, exposure to the global economy and being a member of this organization has undeniable advantages and creates unique opportunities for the country's economy. But if not ready to joint, the national economy will be seriously affected. In this study, we have used the library method for research based on taking notes from written sources and the Internet. We also have used the descriptive- analytical method.
