Todays lack of correct and suitable civic service spatial distribution will result in many problems that could refer social injustice, suitable unavailability, traffic increasing and so different pollutions. This study aim and subject is civic service spatial distribution analysis that has concerned on postal service offices. On the basis of collected information postal service offices number, how distribution and availability radius are not proportional to Rasht (Iran) citizens need supplying. Comparing current and desirable capitation of post offices and used Pearson correlation test to analyze and test research hypothesis and determine meaningful relationship rate between city environment organization and postal service offices distribution and we concluded that there is not a meaningful relationship between city environment organization and post offices distribution. Also in this research conducted priority processing post offices weaknesses and strengthens threats and opportunities by using SWOT table.
