چکیده :

Nowadays Intrapreneurship development has become an inevitable issue for countries’ development, employment wealth and welfare. Internal Intrareneurship has a unique impact on productivity and organizational development; organizational commitment is an outlook about personnel’s loyalty to organization and is a continuous process through which members of an organization show their interest about organization and its continuous success and proficiency; so this paper attempts to examine the relationship between organizational commitment and Internal Intrareneurship. This is an applied, descriptive and survey study that profits collected data using organizational commitment and Internal Intrareneurship questionnaire. Shahrbabak copper complex personnel are population of this study, samples are consist of 122 individuals who are selected randomly. Methods for data analysis are as follow: descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results show that relationship between organizational commitment and Internal Intrareneurship dimensions is significant. Regression analysis results indicates that organizational commitment variable predicts level of Internal Intrareneurship would be significant.
