چکیده :

Purpose- The purpose of this paper is to show that the use of emotional intelligence (EI) is proposed as independent variable to assess how with mediating of communication and also moderating of organizational culture, organizations can improve strategic alignment between managers and employees. On the other hand, strategic management in current paper can influence on organizational culture. Design/Methodology/approach- The paper is undertaken to demonstrate the relationship between mangers and employees' emotional intelligence and strategic alignment with using communication and organizational culture. Data (N=190) for this study is collected by means of questionnaires and participants who were managers and employees in Agriculture Bank and Educational Administrations of Iran. Findings- The researcher in current paper concluded that emotional intelligence, communication, and organizational culture play a key role to enhance strategic alignment between managers and employees in establishments of Iran, and also, strategic management has a positive relationship with organizational culture. Research limitations/implications- Emotional intelligence is recommended as a metric to assess the success not only of the organizations, but also of the managers and employees. Caution is suggested to regard as the using effective communication and organizational culture in relationship between emotional intelligence and strategic alignment. Originality/value- This paper addresses how emotional intelligence can be viewed as a positive influence for improving managers and employees’ strategic alignment to handle the organization’s business as well as present some insight of development evaluation during times of key uncertainty caused by important change.
