چکیده :

Nowadays, in addition to natural and human capital in organizations and communities that contribute to wealth creation, there is an important factor which called knowledge capital. Thus, knowledge management is an imperative need for global leadership, and the greatest wish for every organization is designing and implementation of knowledge management. Knowledge Management issues have been attracted more attention from based-economy organizations and Zanjan Mehr-e-Eghtesadbank also has the foresight to implement knowledge management.In order to design native model of knowledge management, Percept, basic concepts such as knowledge, knowledge management, types of knowledge and models and different patterns of knowledge management is essential and should also pay attention to the critical infrastructure in order to implementation. These infrastructures include leadership and senior management commitment, organizational culture, human resources, involvement and training of employee, information system infrastructure. Knowledge management has been failed in many organizations, and the reason for this can be seen as a weakness of the model which used. So we have attempted to consider more effective components and infrastructure to implementation of knowledge management.At first, the researcher has been studying different patterns of knowledge management then determines effective components and infrastructure and has attempted to design a native model of knowledge management. The effect of the designed model on effectiveness of employees in 2013 was evaluated. Designed Native model has four dimensions: creation, storing, dissemination and applying of knowledge and the three components of Manpower, organizational culture and technology infrastructure were considered. According to the model, 12 independent variables were introduced, and their influence on the dependent variable which is the effectiveness of employees is to be examined. Finally, data was collected by questionnaires that distributed among all employees in every branch of the bank. Data was analyzed by SPSS21 software and Descriptive and inferential statistics were used. According to the Pearson test, all hypotheses were approved, this suggests that creation, storing, dissemination and applying of knowledge, and the three components of employees, organizational culture and technology infrastructure have a significant effect to increase the effectiveness of employees in Zanjan Mehr-e-eghtesad bank.
