Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the interactive classroom management style of teachers and the academic Failure(academic underachievement) of students in the sixth grade elementary school in Boroujerd. The statistical population of this study included all teachers and pupils in the sixth grade of primary school in the year of 2015-16 in urban society of Bojnourd . The numbers of students in the sixth grade of Bojnourd were about 3679 and the numbers of teachers in this grade were 104. The sample size for teachers was 86 and for the students was 351. Then , A questionnaire about the class management style was distributed among teachers. In order to measure academic failure, the grades of mathematics and experimental sciences of each class were taken at the end of the questionnaire. The results of this study show that interactive classroom management styles have a significant relationship with the academic failure of sixth grade students, and it can influence on increasing or decreasing of student's academic
