This study aims to evaluate and rank the performance of Mellat Bank branches under the supervision of Sari based on financial challenges after privatizing by AHP FUZZY and TOPSIS techniques. To achieve the goal, 3cases of electronic banking challenges analyzed and studied. 26 experts of Sari Mellat Bank branches answered the questionnaires. Final weight of financial challenges was calculated by AHP FUZZY and the indices were ranked. 13 branches under the supervision of Sari were ranked by TOPSIS. The study result indicated the indices of active issued cards number, and the percentage of cash machine functioning time were first and second in priority and the other one was the third one.
