چکیده :

In this research the variations of the concentration and Permeability of carbon dioxide and methane were investigated along the different Nano-composites membrane PEBAX- PEG with the use of existence empirical data and COMSOL software during the simulation of CFD membrane behavior. Membrane has different types and their function is investigated and compared using key properties. Totally there are two empirical and simulation methods to investigate each of these properties. Nowadays more attentions are focused on simulation methods because of some benefits such as being cheap and rapid. One of the simulation methods is use of the calculated fluids dynamic techniques. Therefore two membranes of PEBAX2533 and PEBAX1675 with different percentages of Nano-composites were simulated at tow time of 60 and 90 second and two temperatures of 40 ºC and 70ºC and the results of profile and counter were compared for mentioned gases. Results showed that the function of each membrane improved by adding Nano-Ingredient to the membrane structure. Moreover, it was observed that the gradient of concentration curves decreased by increasing temperature which this showed that increasing temperature cause to increase Permeability.
